Welcome to Arpeggio Apartments

“We have been living at Arpeggio apartments for one month and overall have had a very pleasant and smooth experience. Cassidy, our leasing agent, was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with from our first tour through move in. She answered all our questions promptly and made the leasing process quick and straightforward. Moving in was easy thanks to the loading dock, and any maintenance issues we’ve had were resolved quickly and professionally. The building is quiet and welcoming. The parking situation is easy, with plenty of available parking. One downside is the required monthly charge for Fetch package delivery ($20 / mo). Since moving in, we’ve ordered multiple packages that were delivered directly to our door without any need for Fetch. While we can see how Fetch might be useful when traveling or needing to delay deliveries, we wish the building offered package lockers instead, as those have worked well for us at previous apartment communities. We also understand why management may want to limit packages in the mailroom or leasing office, but Amazon package lockers would be a great alternative. The location is another highlight. Being close to the American Airlines Center means the area is lively and is especially buzzing on game days, but traffic is well managed and adds to the energy of the neighborhood. We also love being just a block from the DART train and close to major highway access.”

“Living in my apartment over the last three months has been a genuinely great experience. The staff has played a huge part in that — they’re consistently kind, communicative, and professional. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to help and always pleasant to work with. The location has also made day-to-day life really enjoyable. I’ve loved exploring the city, especially with all the convenient food options and entertainment within walking distance. Whether it’s grabbing a quick bite or finding something fun to do, everything I need is right at my doorstep. Overall, I’m really happy here and grateful for how smooth and enjoyable these first few months have been. Denise, Jerry, Kristy, Cassidy all of maintenance/office - thank you all so much!”

“I enjoy my time at Arpeggio. The building is well-maintained and the location at Victory Park is incredible. The entire team at Arpeggio is fantastic. Special shoutout to Denise and Cassidy, who are always friendly and supportive. I also recently had a water leak issue and the maintenance team did a good job addressing the issue and seeing the repairs through to completion. Thank you to Cipriano for working on the repairs and to Jonathan, the service manager, for overseeing the process!”
